I read your comment that you use topaz to upscale, and I saw your settings. Tried the same thing but my file size is giant, are you limiting the bit rate, if so what do you use (is it based off the orginal videos)? Thats my only thought how your files are so much smaller size than mine.

my raw files are 10 to 50gb. that's just the nature of the outputs from the software. you have to use an encoding software like handbrake to compress it afterwards into something manageable. or, another way is to just upload the raw file to eporner, and the website does it for you and you can download the resulting video

one more thing. don't use prores as the encoder. prores in particular generates huge file sizes (or at least used to). i use h265 or av1 and set the bit rate to 150mbps. that's high enough where you won't be able to tell a difference from prores and keeps file sizes under 50gb usually

In handbrake you use custom settings? If not which preset do you use before uploading the file to Eporner?

Superhq 2160. Turn off decomb filter cause not needed. 60fps constant frame rate. Encoder preset 8 cause I don't care about final size of the file (I'm deleting it anyways also videos tend to get stuck at 2k if file size is too small). Much faster than preset 6. I use ultralight noise filter at times if an SD to HD upscale is still too noisy.

Most of the time now I just upload the raw file onto eporner. Saves processing power. They drastically increased the size limit from 5 to 50gb a few months ago. The website then does the compression. I have no idea what settings

one last comment. i took a look again at the settings you copied. that's not the easiest to use. i only use gaia => iris when the quality of the sd film is quite good to begin with. gaia has a way of warping compression artifact into this oily looking noise. if the video doesn't have alot of compression artifact then gaia => iris preserves the most detail and it looks great, but i don't get to use that combo often. you may want to start off just using iris, or iris => gaia with varying intermediate resoluti
